Las Vegas Wedding Network — Committee Meeting

Last night I went to a com­mit­tee meet­ing for the  Las Vegas Wed­ding Net­work.  It’s a great group of wed­ding pro­fes­sion­als and I’m very proud to be one of the found­ing mem­bers.  For more infor­ma­tion on LVWN, please visit the site at www.LasVegasWeddingNetwork.org.

At the com­mit­tee meet­ing, we dis­cussed the details of our next gen­eral meet­ing and plans for future meet­ings includ­ing top­ics and locations.

Our next gen­eral meet­ing should be a real treat for all the wed­ding pro­fes­sion­als of Las Vegas that attend it because we are going to have a panel of brides and grooms that were recently mar­ried and we will find out what their expe­ri­ences were when plan­ning their wed­ding.  Call it “get­ting to know your cus­tomer”.  Since I don’t deal with the brides “directly”,  (see the about page), I’m excited to learn what’s going on with the brides these days.  And from my point of view I’m really inter­ested in what the bride is using to con­nect with the ven­dors.  Oh yah, that’s another topic; the word ven­dor.  My Mom thinks of it as some­one who has a hot-dog stand.  What do you think?
