Wed­ding Blog of Las Vegas is authored by Mon­ica Mor­gan and is designed to report every­thing and every­one in the indus­try.  Mon­ica has been a Las Vegas res­i­dent since 1998, and has been in the wed­ding indus­try since 1990.  She was the first to own a wed­ding videog­ra­phy busi­ness in Las Vegas, NV.  The busi­ness was called Mon­tage Video Productions.

She was an exec­u­tive pro­ducer, writer and direc­tor for the tele­vi­sion show; The Bridal Guide.  She has worked for the Per­fect Wed­ding Guide, and the Bridal Spectacular.

In 1998 she simul­ta­ne­ously launched Mor­gan Mar­ket­ing Group and VegasVows.com.  Mor­gan Mar­ket­ing Group spe­cial­izes in cre­at­ing web­sites and blogs for wed­ding and event com­pa­nies and VegasVows.com is an online wed­ding guide specif­i­cally for Las Vegas Brides. 

In 2008, she joined forces with Deb­bie Hansen and Andy Ebon to cre­ate the Las Vegas Wed­ding Network.

With the Inter­net explo­sion of blogs and social net­works, Mon­ica decided to cre­ate the Wed­ding Blog of Las Vegas to eas­ily report on every­thing and every­one in the Las Vegas wed­ding scene.  That includes wed­ding pro­fes­sion­als, local brides, and des­ti­na­tion brides.
